1. Booking and Service Use

• All bookings made through our website, app, or customer care are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Customers must provide accurate details at the time of booking. Kanpur Travels is not responsible for delays or non-fulfillment of the service due to incorrect information provided by the user.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or booking at our discretion for any reason, including but not limited to safety or regulatory concerns.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made within the stipulated time frame defined at the time of booking may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
• No refund will be provided for cancellations after the driver has already been dispatched or after the scheduled pick-up time has passed.

3. User Responsibilities

• Passengers are responsible for their own belongings. Kanpur Travels will not be liable in case of lost, stolen, or damaged items during travel.
• You agree to behave appropriately and respectfully towards drivers and other users of our service. Any misuse or abusive behavior may result in suspension of your account and denial of service.
• You must comply with all applicable laws while using our service.

4. Payment Terms

• All fares are to be paid in full at the end of the ride unless prepaid online.
• Payment options and pricing are subject to change at Kanpur Travels’ discretion. Any additional tolls, parking, or taxes incurred during the trip are to be paid by the customer.
• Disputes regarding payment must be reported within 24 hours of ride completion.

5. Service Modifications & Force Majeure

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time without notice.
• Kanpur Travels shall not be liable for delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, or government actions.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and mobile app are the intellectual property of Kanpur Travels unless otherwise stated.
• No part of the website or app may be reproduced or used without prior written permission from Kanpur Travels.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Kanpur Travels shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our service or inability to use our service.
• Our total liability for any claim arising out of the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific ride or service in dispute.

8. Amendments

Kanpur Travels reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Kanpur Travels’ services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kanpur.
